Real estate broker Dean Benevice had a vision when he moved back to Chicago four years ago: Become everyone’s favorite Chicagoland realtor.

“I wanted to be the face of my community when it comes to buying or selling real estate, and more importantly the realtor who takes care of his people,” Benevice says. “I hear a lot of bad experiences that people had in the past when buying or selling and I wanted to make sure that never happens again if I’m their realtor.”

One of Benevice’s very first deals was a call in to list a rental at $825. After three long years and six rental listings later, he convinced the owner to sell the building and secured a buyer, selling the 12-unit building for $1.4 million. This is just one of the sales that earned him the honor of Highest List Side Sale in the Baird & Warner La Grange office for 2021.

Benevice does a lot of business in the southwest suburbs, but serves all of Chicagoland. “I know this area like the back of my hand because this is where my roots are,” he shares. “I grew up in the southwest suburb of Justice just outside of Chicago, where I spent most of my childhood. I consider myself a local expert.”

He also recently became the father of a baby boy. “It is the best thing that could have happened to my life and I love every bit of it. That is my biggest drive, and he pushes me to go hard and never give up.”
