Four-time Ironman finisher Debbie Maue has 31 years of experience in real estate, possessing an intimate knowledge of Chicagoland and northwestern Montana. Mark Dollard gained in-depth local knowledge by actively engaging in his Chicago community through music, sports and writing. Together, they co-lead The Maue-Dollard Real Estate Team, helping first-time buyers, upscale clients and investors from Andersonville to the South Loop, from the Lakefront to Bucktown/Roscoe Village and in northwestern Montana.
Maue entered the industry leasing apartments, from which she learned the Chicago market and honed her listening skills. She’s been consistently ranked as a top producer with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and the Chicago Association of Realtors since 2008. She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Certified International Property Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
Maue shines at developing long-term relationships and successfully splits her time between Chicago and Montana without sacrificing her clients’ needs. By focusing behind the scenes, she creates a seamless experience and has a solid network of agents around the world to assist clients. Maue enjoys boxing, swimming, mountain biking, running, lifting weights, skiing and playing with her two dogs. She volunteers for Real Estate to the Rescue, an organization that helps homeless animals, and belongs to the philanthropic group Women Who Wine.
As a former engineer and a derivatives trader, Dollard expertly evaluates property, thanks to his understanding of asset pricing and homes’ structural and mechanical aspects.
