In 2019, Snyder brokered three off-market deals. “Once I know what my clients are looking for, I am out hunting down properties and putting in the legwork to help them find it,” she says, adding that the majority of her clients come from referrals and good old-fashioned networking. “I truly enjoy striking up a random conversation and meeting individuals from all walks of life. These connections have ended up being an instrumental part of building my business.”
Snyder is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the Chicago Real Estate Investors Association. Outside of work, she volunteers with Breakthrough Urban Ministries’ after-school program and Lurie Children’s Hospital.
