Representing Chicago homeowners and future homeowners, Dan Jordan is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Jordan says his years as a landlord and investor prior to making the move to real estate full time as a broker were formative. “This allowed me time to understand and learn the markets prior to helping represent buyers and sellers in their markets,” he explains.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jordan had a successful career in the medical device field, and to this day, he continues to rely on the personal and professional qualities he developed at his first job. “I feel my past sales experience and leadership skills help me serve my clients,” he says.
Jordan specializes in all facets of the real estate business. Whether it’s navigating the way for those new to real estate or providing assistance in the high-end market, he knows and has experienced it all. “I work with first-time sellers and homebuyers; luxury buyers and sellers; local and international investors; developers — you name it. I focus exclusively on Chicago and the western suburbs but will not turn a client down if it is possible for me to ensure the very best service and dedication.”
Jordan earned the Rookie of the Year Award and a Top Producer recognition from the Chicago Association of Realtors, in addition to being named Rookie of the Year by Chicago Agent magazine, in 2018. He volunteers at, and donates a portion of his commissions to, both Lester Elementary School and the Downers Grove D.O.L.L.S. He is a dedicated Realtor member as well as a member of Chamber630.
Outside of his professional life, Jordan likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys exercising, frequenting fine dining establishments and playing golf.
