by Timothy Inklebarger

Frank Martinez has been named director of multifamily investments for Keller Williams ONEChicago’s Multifamily Investment Advisory Services team.

Martinez previously worked in the multifamily investments and advisory division of Marcus & Millichap.

He recently closed on the largest deal in the South Shore since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic with a six-building, 237-unit complex for $17.05 million.

He serves on the executive board for the Leukemia Research Foundation and volunteers for a number of real estate organizations.

“Frank is a forward-thinking leader and client advocate with an impressive track record as a broker and investor,” ONEChicago Multifamily Division Executive Director Tony Hardy said in a press release. “From maximizing investor returns on market-rate and affordable housing to identifying value-add opportunities, Frank leverages his industry knowledge to identify the best and most profitable solutions for multifamily investors. We are grateful to be in business with Frank and looking forward to the benefits our clients will receive from his leadership and expertise.”
