Andy Shiparski, former managing broker of the Gold Coast office for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, will now serve as the managing broker at the company’s flagship Lincoln Park Clybourn office. In his new role, Shiparski will handle day-to-day operations to help grow businesses of affiliated agents.

“Andy has proven himself as an elite managing broker and leader with a knack for agent development and sound business strategy,” said Fran Broude, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “He was the perfect candidate to lead Lincoln Park Clybourn. We’re looking forward to watching him leverage his experience to grow the office and its affiliated agents in new and unique ways.”

As managing broker of the Gold Coast office, Shiparski supported some of the company’s top affiliated agents and their high-profile, multi-million dollar listings. In the past, he had also served as a top-producing agent and former executive vice president of residential sales at a boutique real estate firm in Chicago.

“It’s been an honor to serve the Gold Coast office,” said Shiparski. “In this new role, my mission is to continue providing the high level of support and guidance necessary to help our office and affiliated agents take their business to the next level.”

While Shiparski will be taking on the new position in the Lincoln Park Clybourn office, industry veteran Doug Fox will take over Shiparski’s position as the new Gold Coast office manager.
