Some important changes from May include:
- Sales in first-place Near North rose 14.18 percent from April to May.
- Other notable sales increases were in River North (up 27.66 percent) and Uptown (15.91 percent).
- The biggest jump in sales, though, was in Ashburn, where single-family sales vaulted 70.83 percent.
