What Do Brokerages Offer Agents?

RE/MAX

Lead Generation

Newest Product Offering is a strategic syndication network for the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network, which allows offices to control the distribution and licensing of their listings. Offices have maximum control of how and where their office listings are syndicated (or if they are). Offices are the exclusive data source and are able to avoid duplicate or stale data on portal sites.

Offices also get customized data feeds that integrate with their websites and a private dashboard to manage the office’s syndications, as well as aggregated analytics and reports. The RE/MAX Northern Illinois website, www.illinoisproperty.com, generates approximately 15,000 total leads monthly to the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network. It continues to utilize a variety of tools – such as Internet capture forms, widgets, strategic partnerships and an agent-to-agent referral network – and it may find leads from a number of sources including the Internet, mobile phones, QR codes, and listing promotion links – but in the end, everything goes back to the RE/MAX agent who ultimately profits from the lead.

The agent-centric system has no corporate fees attached to leads generated and distributed.  Using a system methodology designed to allow RE/MAX agents to direct consumers to their unique websites, the system provides the affiliates all the necessary tools to promote their listings and drive traffic to their site.

Online/Print Advertising

RE/MAX advertises on a national, local and mobile/online level that drives leads to agents using strategic listing syndication and a distribution program developed with a platform partner that allows each office the ability to control the distribution and licensing of their listings.

The program synchronizes with the office’s website to better leverage and market chosen data destinations. It also utilizes comprehensive search engine optimization and paid per click programs at the national and regional levels.  The program synchronizes with the office’s website to better leverage and market chosen data destinations. The system also provides aggregated analytics and reports. For print ads, RE/MAX works with several local publications to get agents special advertising rates.

Marketing Materials

RE/MAX offers global, national and local advertising and marketing materials, including: ad campaign materials, marketing claims and graphs, direct mail campaigns, market share graphs, brochures, press releases, newsletters, videos, customizable and mobile websites, contact management systems and social media, which are made available to RE/MAX affiliates.

The most important feature, however, is the total integration of the materials that allows agents to access and use them whether they are in the office or on the go. Agents also have The Design Center, software with more than 1,000 customizable designs for brochures, flyers, postcards, flash presentations, ad campaign materials, mobile application marketing materials and iPad designs.

Agents can also go to remax.net agent to download national radio ads, print ads and online ads, and also illinoisproperty.com, where agents can download flyers, listing presentations, brochures and other national marketing materials which they can customize with their office information. With these customizable materials, RE/MAX agents can do their own ad campaigns, brand their market share graph and promote their materials/ads on social media.

Splits

RE/MAX offices are independently owned and operated and commission splits vary by office, but the majority of agents are on maximum commission splits: 95 to 100 percent.

Training/Education

RE/MAX has RE/MAX University, which has several thousands of hours worth of training and education videos that can be viewed on desktop, television, smartphone or in the classroom. Some classes are for professional certification, as well. RE/MAX University is free.
