What Do Brokerages Offer Agents?

by Stephanie Sims

Keller Williams

Lead Generation

eEdge is a full lead management system, contact management system, customizable marketing library and a paperless transaction workflow available exclusively for Keller Williams agents. Leads feed to agents from more than 350 listing syndicates, agents are immediately notified via text/email and lead responses are automatically captured.

Online/Print Advertising

STAR Marketing sets up a data feed with the MLS to help Keller Williams agents create the most comprehensive marketing package for their listings. This program creates an online marketing campaign for new listings, but also maintains any changes made in the MLS, such as price changes, new photos or status updates, which update automatically online.

The Keller Williams Listing System, or KWLS, allows agents to market their listings online when they want, where they want. By entering a listing into the KWLS, the agent’s properties receive free international exposure  on the web through KW.com, market center websites, their eAgentC agent website, and all 400 syndicated listing partners.  An agent’s listings will always appear with a link back to their eAgentC Website, meaning only the agent will get the leads from their listings.

Marketing Materials

Keller Williams provides logos, designs, presentations and agent websites, which are all fully customizable. The company also uses CirclePix to create property websites, listing videos, mobile platforms and a custom recorded information line with texting capabilities. CirclePix also can create fliers, QR code generators, batch texting and e-postcards.

Splits

Keller Williams’ commission policy is a minimum split for each agent of 70/30. Once agents pay their cap, which is determined by each market center, the agent is then at 100 percent commission until their anniversary date with Keller Williams Realty. Any agent who does not cap by their anniversary date is not penalized, nor is the agent charged for any of the cap they did not meet.  Each anniversary year starts with a fresh start.

Training/Education

Keller Williams Realty provides the KWU program and supports Keller Williams Realty’s commitment to the delivery of outstanding courses by the finest trainers – from local market center training to regional and international events. The trainer curriculum and certification process assist in building a world-class faculty. It is the company’s mission to provide a wealth of tools and resources to its associates.  KWConnect is provided to each agent.  KWConnect brings online and anytime/anywhere learning tools
directly to each agent.

From basic skills to technology and culture, KWConnect covers a broad range of current topics in ready-to-use formats that can be access quickly and conveniently, 24 hours a day.  KWConnect is agents’ online, on- demand video-based learning that broadens their perspective, fuels their production, and provides them with best practices to stay on top of their game.
