Jill Clark’s competitive spirit comes from a family of athletes. “I love the quote from Michael Jordan, ‘Find what you love doing, and then find a way to win at it,’” says Clark, a broker who ranks in the top 1% of Illinois agents by production volume according to Mainstreet REALTORS® and is principal of Jill Clark Homes with Compass. “I set high goals for myself, and I love to take risks.”
A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Clark is also licensed in South Carolina. She focuses on Naperville, the community in which she raised a family for over 30 years. She loves everything about the area — its vibrant downtown, top schools and friendly neighbors — and is the top-producing agent in the city’s prestigious White Eagle subdivision, which she calls home.
Clark applies Jospeh Lauder’s mantra, “God is into the details of our business — so be there,” to every move she makes in real estate, including actually answering her phone when clients call, dressing professionally and constantly getting involved in her community. “Personal touch and attention to client details are my specialty,” she says.
Clients appreciate Clark’s marketing campaigns and how she approaches obstacles with creativity, determination and strategy. “I think outside the box and consistently find ways to generate interest,” she notes. They also like that she has a source for everything they need to prepare a home for sale or update a resale property, from lenders to electricians, plumbers, attorneys, stagers and more.
“I approach real estate as a business professional, with goal-setting, research and communication, and then the ACTION of making it happen,” Clark says. She cites Coco Chanel: “In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different.”
Outside of work, she cherishes time with her four granddaughters and loves to play golf and pickleball with clients.
