Oliva, Matt Garrison Group on Real Estate Top 200 List
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that the Matt Garrison Group was ranked as the No. 9 team nationwide by transaction sides and No. 25 by sales volume in 2006, according to the second annual “Real Estate Top 200,” a national sales ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends.

Nearly one quarter of the real estate professionals on the Top 200 list are part of NRT LLC’s family of companies. NRT is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
These national rankings were based on year-end 2006 sales volume and transaction sides, and were announced by Real Trends at the National Association of Realtors’ convention in Las Vegas.
