Baird & Warner Names New CFO

Warren Habib has been appointed chief financial officer and senior vice president of Baird & Warner. Habib has more than 21 years of success in finance and process management.

Habib comes from HSBC where he held a number of positions including CFO of Consumer and Mortgage Lending Servicing Channel and senior director of Quality, Planning and Analysis for the company’s private label credit card division. Habib is a C.P.A. with an MBA from the DePaul School of Business and a Bachelor’s in accounting and business administration from LeTourneau University in Texas.

Habib replaces Martin Bozarth, who relocated to Southern California in August, 2007 to serve as COO for Profit Recovery Partners.
