2026 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate

Maria Devins, Real Estate Broker

Baird & Warner

Long before navigation apps became standard issue, Maria Devins was learning Chicagoland the old-fashioned way — neighborhood by neighborhood, one client at a time. A Park Ridge native with more than 19 years in residential real estate, Devins built a career with the conviction to guide, protect and educate her clients every step of the way. That philosophy has carried her from the Northwest suburbs she grew up in to a platform that reaches far beyond Illinois.

A broker with Baird & Warner, Devins does it all: from local listings in Chicago and its suburbs, working with seasoned clients and first-time homebuyers and sellers, to curating luxury properties, to supporting relocations across the country within her wide network of real estate experts. Her clients describe her as direct, honest and fiercely protective — and over 90% return the favor through referrals.

The most recent market she’s broken into extends all the way to California, where she lived and worked as a professional makeup artist in her 20s. Many high school friends have stayed in touch or re-connected as she manages their yearly class reunions – and now they trust her for relocating and referrals within the Golden State.

Devins’ marketing reach sets her apart. A host on American Dream TV, Devins reaches over 100 million viewers across streaming platforms, local stations and HGTV. She is also a three-time featured agent on HGTV’s House Hunters, with her most recent episode airing this past April.

Baird & Warner recognized Devins with its Founder’s Club honor, the company’s highest distinction. The North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® has named her among the top 5% in the region by volume and transactions.

Off the clock, she supports Realtors Against Homelessness, which assists school-age children facing housing insecurity, and advocates for animal rescue organizations.
