Wade Marshall has always been fascinated with structure, floor plans, beautiful objects, art and interior design. Those interests, plus a desire to help others, make real estate more of a calling than a career.
Marshall, an advisor with Engel & Völkers Chicago, has been assisting buyers and sellers, from first-time to luxury and downsizing empty-nesters in Lakeview, Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast for 21 years. His own lifestyle makes him exceptionally equipped to show clients all the wonderful amenities and rewards of living in the area.
He moved to the city at 25 and settled in the East Lakeview area. Later in life, he purchased another property in a pre-war high-rise building, a style he is passionate about, that has been his home for 20 years.
A Chicago Association of REALTORS® Top Producer and recipient of Engel & Völkers’ Ambassador, President’s Club and Special Olympic Champion awards, he has achieved a 50% increase in sales volume each of the past four years. Marshall donates a portion of every sale to Special Olympics and participates in an annual fundraiser for the organization.
He is knowledgeable, patient and available to clients whenever they need him, putting them at ease and maintaining clarity by providing as much information as possible about the market and the process. His regular blog posts feature a mix of market information, his listings and those throughout his global brand and vertical markets, as well as lifestyle and travel trends.
