Dozier became interested in real estate after purchasing her first home at the age of 20, a property that she affectionately called “the Jungle,” given the poor condition it was in. Eventually it became her first rental property.
Dozier was an experienced loan officer when a real estate agent thought she would be great at real estate sales and even paid for her licensing course, igniting a passion she didn’t know she had.
Patient, caring, knowledgeable and resourceful, she never gives up, regardless of how complex or challenging a transaction becomes. “My goal is to leave people and places better than I found them,” she says.
Active in industry associations, Dozier is writing a book to help real estate professionals and business owners achieve greater success in their fields.
