2026 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate

Lisa Weis, Senior Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Putting clients first isn’t a marketing slogan for Lisa Weis; it’s the foundation of everything she does. An accountant by training and a devoted stay-at-home parent for 15 years, she came to real estate with a unique skill set. Her financial prowess, data analysis and relationship skills shepherd first-time buyers, luxury buyers, downsizers and everything in between through the biggest purchase of their lives.

Weis has called Chicagoland home for her entire adult life, settling on the North Shore in 2001, where she raised two children through the Winnetka Public Schools and New Trier High School. That firsthand experience makes her a genuine resource for relocating families — she knows the walk to school, the feel of a block and the distinctions between one village and the next in a way no market report can capture.

Clients, most of whom come through referrals and personal networks, consistently describe Weis as attentive, thorough and uncommonly willing to go the extra mile. She walks people through the process at their pace, reads the room, and helps them see potential where others might not. “When you work with me, you get me,” she says. “I listen, I strategize and I help clients make educated decisions that will serve them well.” That philosophy runs counter to the transaction-volume mentality that drives much of the industry — for Weis, the relationship is the point.

A longtime member of the Auxiliary of the Women’s Board of Rush University Medical Center and various other North Shore boards, she has spent decades embedded in the civic and philanthropic networks that define this community. That presence is less résumé-building than it is a reflection of who she is.
