A real estate broker with Compass and the team lead of the Brittany Simon Group, Simon grew up in the Chicago suburbs and lived in several Chicago neighborhoods, which gave her a ground-level understanding of the city. Now with more than a decade of industry experience across Chicagoland, she provides clients with deep knowledge of over 75 communities. “In a world full of change, my goal is to be the steady, trusted resource my clients can count on,” she shares.
A self-described foodie, Simon ventured deeper into social media this year, producing videos that offer real estate tips and tricks for navigating the market. In addition, her content regularly spotlights various local businesses, helping her followers discover the region’s hidden gems.
Last year, Simon closed some of the most complex deals of her career. Mainstreet REALTORS® recognized her with two production awards in 2025: the Gold Recipient for Individual Sales Volume, placing her in the top 3%, and the Diamond Recipient for Individual Transactions, placing her in the top 2%. She has earned more than 200 five-star reviews, Mainstreet REALTORS®’ Diamond Production Award for the past two years and the Compass Rising Star Award in 2024.
Beyond real estate, Simon is passionate about animal welfare, regularly volunteering and raising awareness locally. Her husband, daughter, son and mini goldendoodle keep her grounded. In fact, most of her marketing features her family and her dog, Snoopy, who enjoys being her “partner” in videos and marketing campaigns.
