Going wherever their clients’ needs take them, the team has been working in other cities and states to help people relocate to Chicago.
In the real estate business for 35 years, Roderick started her career as a landlord before becoming a general contractor and developer with her husband. With a degree from Columbia College Chicago, she raised their four children in West Town and now lives in the Gap in Bronzeville. Buescher, born into the family rental business, entered the industry 10 years ago when she worked as a leasing agent while attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Known for being knowledgeable and detail-oriented, the two research properties thoroughly for their clients. “We serve them, not ourselves,” they explain. “We are able to use all the tools and connections we have to build a successful team of great attorneys, lenders, inspectors and handymen to assist in a successful outcome for our clients.”
