The biggest theme of Ashlee Fox’s career is growth; in the size and scope of the deals she handles and in the trust people place in her. What started as a part-time idea, while raising two small children alone, has become a thriving, full-blown business. “I’ve built my entire business organically, through social media, relationships and referrals,” she says. “I’m excited about where it’s headed and extremely grateful for every person who has trusted me along the way.”
In the industry for nine years, Fox is a real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate. Representing primarily residential real estate clients across Chicagoland, she covers the north and northwest suburbs, and southern Wisconsin. Born and raised in the northwest suburbs, she understands the nuances of each suburb.
“Getting to know my clients’ needs helps me guide them to an area they may not have considered, solely because they didn’t know it existed,” she explains. “My greatest accomplishment last year was just that. I was introduced to an organization that had been looking for over a decade for the perfect location for a new flagship location. It took me just under two weeks to find the perfect spot, completely off market. The organization, PAWS Chicago, now has a presence in the suburbs.”
Ranked in the top 1.5% of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network and currently No. 2 for volume at Starck, Fox has been in the top 3% of agents for the past five years. She’s a member of North Shore Barrington Association of REALTORS®, Heartland Realtor Organization, Lakes Area REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
