He holds the titles of area manager and senior vice president of mortgage lending, and brings to both roles the same philosophy: Help people get what they want, and everything else follows.
Moony’s approach is educational before it is transactional. When he first sits down with a client, he listens first, drawing out their goals, budget and timeline before mapping a path forward. Beyond his own client work, Moony leads a regional team of approximately 30 loan officers, each with a distinct personality and skill set. Moony supports the TM Center and the David Lynch Foundation, both connected to transcendental meditation and well-being. He has also donated to and served on the voting committee of the Guaranteed Rate Foundation, which supports charitable causes across the communities his colleagues serve.
