Speed, execution and service are at the core of Cohen’s approach. “I’m always looking for ways to improve the process and use technology to give my clients a more efficient and productive experience,” he reports. “From start to finish, the goal is always clarity and efficiency. I’m also passionate about mentoring and education — whether I’m working with clients, lending professionals or real estate partners — through social media, speaking engagements or everyday collaboration.”
Cohen is driven by a deep passion for helping people achieve homeownership. “I advise every client as I would a family member,” he says. “Helping people realize their dreams of homeownership is something I’m truly grateful to be a part of.”
