Geoffrey Zureikat’s journey into real estate began shortly after graduating from Miami University, when a chance interview with a rental brokerage firm sparked an immediate passion. “The job allowed me to meet people, explore the city I loved and help others — it just felt like a natural fit,” he recalls. What started as a job quickly evolved into a calling.

Zureikat hit the ground running, completing over 125 rental transactions annually. This fast-paced start offered him deep, firsthand knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods, streets and buildings. Before long, many of his rental clients turned to him for guidance in purchasing and selling their homes. Such transactions helped launch his dynamic, full-service real estate career.

Today, as a managing broker with Compass, Zureikat serves a wide range of clients across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including first-time buyers and sellers, seasoned investors, builders and move-up buyers. Having personally renovated multiple properties, he offers a sharp eye for value, a practical understanding of costs and a calm, thoughtful approach to the buying and selling process. His expertise ranges from downtown condos and single-family homes to multiunit buildings and investment opportunities.

Zureikat’s dedication to his clients and craft has earned him consistent recognition. He has been named a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, led Z Chicago to receive honors as a top-producing team for multiple years and has been recognized as a Chicago Agent Who’s Who honoree for four years in a row.

In 2024, Zureikat and his wife welcomed their first child, Zach — a milestone he considers his proudest personal accomplishment. Balancing fatherhood with a thriving real estate career has given him a deeper understanding of how personal, meaningful and complex the decision of where to call home is.
