Working in healthcare sales as a director, Lauren Green was always interested in real estate, as she and her husband are real estate investors with a portfolio of rental properties. “I decided it was time to work for myself,” Green explains. “I wanted to run a business where I felt I was truly helping others.”

The team lead of The Green Group with Baird & Warner, Green assists buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate needs throughout Chicagoland. She was raised in the northwestern suburbs, her husband grew up in the southwestern suburbs and the two lived in the city for 14 years before moving to the western suburbs. “I have a very wide network with extensive knowledge and expertise for the entire Chicagoland area,” she says.

As The Green Group continued to expand, it was named a top-producing team by the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2024. Reaching her highest sales year of her career in 2024, Green is already on pace to exceed that this year. A member of Top Agent Network, she gives back to her community by donating to the nonprofit Cradles to Crayons on every home sale.

Recognized for her creativity with negotiations, she has landed many of her clients as No. 1 in multiple-offer situations. “I am extremely protective of my clients and will always put them first while negotiating the best possible deal,” she explains. “Although I am part of a team, I am always personally available to my clients and am very clear when setting expectations for the market.”

When not working, Green enjoys working out, trying new restaurants, traveling and spending time with her husband and their 2-year-old son.
