A real estate broker with Baird & Warner, Barhorst receives most of her clients through referrals, networking and repeat business. She specializes in single-family homes, condos and townhomes throughout Lake County, with a focus on Grayslake and Prairie Crossing. In addition, she is a Certified Staging Professional.

“Staging is a unique offering and a specialty of mine,” Barhorst explains. “It definitely differentiates me from others in that I perform this necessary service myself instead of having to bring someone in. Helping first-time buyers is another specialty. I love to help them find their first home in an area they love, where they will begin their story.”

Barhorst has worked in real estate for over six years. She began her career by accident; she had been working in direct marketing sales as a work-from-home mom for 20 years when a friend encouraged her to join the Baird & Warner team. Since 2019, Barhorst has consistently been a Top Producer in her office and received the Top Individual Agent distinction for Grayslake from MRED.
