Driven by a passion for real estate and design, Pam MacPherson leads the MacPherson Group with a hands-on, client-first approach and a reputation for honest, data-driven guidance. A former scholarship athlete at Duke University, MacPherson developed her deep market knowledge through personal moves and extensive experience in both the city and North Shore. “All of our moves and researching communities and homes in different states is where my experience and love for real estate started,” she says.
MacPherson was born and raised in Glenview and after beginning her career in Chicago neighborhoods such as West Town, Lincoln Park and Lakeview, she brought her expertise back to the near north suburbs — including Glenview, Wilmette, Winnetka and Kenilworth — specializing in luxury homes, new construction and renovations. A skilled stager and sharp negotiator, she helps sellers present their homes for maximum return and buyers transition seamlessly from urban to suburban life.

Beyond the business, MacPherson and her team are active in their communities, with MacPherson supporting local schools and athletics at Loyola Academy and Glenbrook South High School. She resides in Glenview with her husband, Matt, and their three children. When not selling real estate, MacPherson loves watching her sons play football at Cornell University and The University of Iowa.
