After growing tired of climbing the corporate ladder, Zagata realized his passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions. His career in real estate now spans more than a decade, with over 60 families served annually across Chicago and its suburbs.

The team includes Michael Vasquez, a licensed agent known for his calm demeanor and precision in the field, and Yasmine Norris, the administrative anchor who keeps the group focused and accountable. Together, they specialize in assisting first and second-time homebuyers, sellers, investors and families navigating estate sales. A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Provisors, Zagata was named Rookie of the Year in 2015 and has consistently been recognized as a top producer. He attributes his success to daily outreach, often connecting with 20 or more clients a day to maintain relationships beyond the closing table.
Outside of real estate, Zagata is a proud husband and father, drawing personal fulfillment from family life. He also supports Misericordia, a nonprofit that assists individuals with developmental disabilities.
