After college, he began working for a local bank where he was heavily involved with organizations such as the local chamber of commerce and Rotary clubs, as well as Northeast Indiana’s burgeoning new construction scene. Now a 32-year industry veteran, Polarek says, “My goal is to simplify the mortgage process, make your home loan experience easy to navigate and be available to you from appointment to closing.”

Known for his presence throughout the entire process and posture as a financial counselor to his clients, Polarek serves a diverse client base with a plethora of loan products.
