Specializing in conventional and Federal Housing Administration loans, in addition to financing for veterans, LeRose touts an advertising background that sharpened his people skills and allows him to communicate strategically and empathetically to solve problems and achieve goals. Known for being present throughout the transaction and providing full transparency, he prides himself on his listening ability and having a business based largely on referrals and repeat clients.
LeRose leads a team of four professionals whose contributions allow him to focus on client needs, sales and marketing. He also enjoys being a part of his local Guaranteed Rate branch and the larger regional team, which provide a robust network for accessing out-of-the box solutions to complex problems. For his winning attitude, LeRose recently achieved President’s Club status with the company and has been ranked among the top 1% of U.S. loan originators by the Scotsman Guide.
He is proud to have shed 40 pounds over the past year. “The weight loss has given me more energy so I can work harder with a clearer mind,” he says. He enjoys cooking and music, having played the guitar for more than four decades. He now serves his community by playing guitar during church worship services.
