Picard was named the highest-producing individual broker for the @properties Harbor Country office and earned the Christie’s International Real Estate Master’s Circle distinction for top-performing agents within Christie’s worldwide network. She offers the expertise that gives her clients peace of mind to carry on with their busy lives while she takes care of the intricacies of their real estate transactions.

“I am a concierge of real estate,” Picard says. “I will support all details for the process even long after the deal closes, and I will work in the best interest of the client, including advising against a purchase if I see any red flags.”

A real estate broker for more than five years and a real estate developer for more than 15, Picard serves the areas of Southwest Michigan, Northwest Indiana and Greater Chicago, specializing in luxury primary residences, premier vacation homes, multihome estates and investment properties.

Since 2020, Picard has earned the Outstanding Achievement Award from @properties each year for selling between $10 million and $20 million in volume. However, her proudest recent achievement was expanding her multistate outreach in 2022, which allowed her to increase her inventory and scope to better serve existing clients and develop new client relationships.

An avid supporter of early childhood education, Picard has worked as a reading intervention tutor and is a financial donor to The Montessori School of Englewood. This year, she has taken on a team role in Habitat for Humanity’s Chicago’s Women Build program, which provides housing for single mothers and children.
