A second-generation Realtor, Kaitlyn Pangrazzi started her career in sales and account management before eventually finding her way back to real estate. “The bulk of my experience was in the logistics industry, where I worked on large-contract negotiations and dealt with problem-solving, which I believe prepared me to become a stronger agent,” she says.

A Realtor with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Pangrazzi specializes in residential homes throughout Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. She leads the The KP Collective team, which includes three other Realtors and an operations manager. “My team is instrumental in growing our business by having an ‘all hands-on deck’ approach to fit our clients’ needs,” she explains. “We have a diverse background of agents who are very accommodating, so we are able to pair each client with the right agent.”

Real Producers of Oakland County named Pangrazzi as a top 100 agent in 2023, and she was featured among Hour Detroit Magazine’s Real Estate All Stars from 2020 to 2023. A member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and of Detroit Moms, as well as a board member of the Sherwood Forest Association, she’s involved in many philanthropic projects, having recently launched Make My Monday. In the industry since 2016, she credits her success to her ability to adapt to what the market needs. “Adaptability is literally my superpower, as I am able to shift and mold to a new market as needed to further help my clients have a successful experience,” she says. “My team makes the entire process memorable and fun, which really sticks with people.”

When not working, Pangrazzi tries to keep her life full, enjoying time with her boys, aged 3 and 6. She likes cooking, dining out and trying new hobbies such as dance class, hot Pilates and going to the gym.
