After nearly a decade in the Chicago real estate industry, Jamie Hering has built a team she loves, one that’s able to cater to clients by offering the highest level of service.
Hering describes her all-female team as a one-stop real estate shop. With over $250 million in lifetime sales, Hering and her team pride themselves on their white glove, concierge experience by guiding buyers and sellers through the process. They offer complimentary staging, customized marketing and years of experience.
Hering and her team were named to Coldwell Banker’s President’s Circle for the second year in a row. “Running a top-performing real estate team doesn’t allow for unplugged weekends or many days off, but I’m also not doing it alone,” she says. “Even the busiest Realtor can only spin so many plates at a time.” Hering’s team consists of a transaction coordinator, staging coordinators and eight agents. She says she couldn’t imagine doing any of this without each of them.
This professional, hard-working and fun group of ladies takes their jobs seriously, but they also want their clients to enjoy what can be a stressful process. They supplement their hard work with innovative social media marketing and love when their team Instagram Reels rack up thousands of views. They also like to spend time with their clients at special events, from free ice cream socials to girls’ nights out to their annual Thanksgiving pie giveaway. After another successful year, Hering says she’s fulfilled that her team is the strongest it has ever been. “It fills me with joy knowing that our team cares for our clients the same way we care for each other,” Hering says.
