Michael Touloupakis, Sr. Home Lending Advisor, Chase Private Client

JPMorgan Chase

After graduating from the University of Illinois Chicago, Michael Touloupakis was immediately drawn to the world of real estate and mortgages. He knew that he enjoyed helping people, and the mortgage industry was perfect for him. Touloupakis quickly learned how to understand the market and its fluctuations; the relationships between buyers and Realtors; and how important it is to have a trusted team of Realtor, lender and attorney in all transactions.

The socializing and networking aspects of the business were also a big draw. “I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years and have met so many wonderful people,” he says. “I genuinely love my job and this industry and am proud to represent it.”

A senior home lending advisor with JPMorgan Chase, Touloupakis believes his excellent communication skills help him achieve success. “I put my clients first to ensure we close a seamless deal on time,” he explains. “I am in constant contact with my clients and anticipate any possible obstacles and how to overcome them.”

Having closed thousands of transactions, he expertly identifies the best product available for each client. “Whether it’s a $100,000 loan or $5 million, I treat every client with the same level of exceptional service,” Touloupakis says. Based downtown, he lends nationwide.

Recognized as a JPMorgan Chase National Achiever in 2023, Touloupakis is known for his experience and exceptional customer service. “Even though I work at one of the largest banks in the world, my clients always get the white-glove treatment and the boutique feel,” he says. “I consistently put my clients first and am so grateful when my clients refer their friends and family to me.” He often sends preapproved leads to agents and always keeps his referral partners updated throughout the transaction.

The Chicago native loves golfing, biking, cooking, wine tasting and traveling with his fiancée and their dog. PAWS Chicago, the Anti-Cruelty Society and K9s for Warriors are causes close to his heart.
