Broker Jill Silverstein of COMPASS Real Estate is dedicated to the details. As president of the Jill Silverstein Group, she works with her team to create a coordinated, transparent and memorable client experience. Whether it’s replying to client calls and emails with a sense of urgency, recommending the best restaurants, or ensuring that her website and social media presence are vibrant and content rich— Silverstein commits to earning her clients’ trust with kindness and excellence. “It’s my goal to make you feel like you are the only client I have,” she says.
Silverstein and her team are among the top 1% of all Chicago real estate brokers, and the Chicago Association of Realtors has awarded her Gold Status, accolades reserved for the industry’s best. Silverstein describes her team as “data-driven” and highlights their focus on supporting clients, providing rapid answers and solutions to any issues, and always going above expected communications and service levels. “I believe our clients really appreciate my response time and how I literally am always available, 365 days a year,” she says. “Business never gets unplugged for me, because work is my happy place.“
Silverstein loves exploring Chicago neighborhoods by trying new restaurants, working out at various gyms, boxing and Pilates studios—and cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events. “It helps me to better serve our clients, knowing the community, as it is the same community we live in and do business in,” she says. This community awareness extends beyond her professional life. Silverstein is a big sister in the Big Brother Big Sister program in Chicago. She is also on the board of Laughter is the Cure, a nonprofit organization serving hospitalized children.
Recently Silverstein has broadened her real estate horizons, successfully completing her first property fix-and-flip in the Gold Coast with her fiance, Michael, also a top real estate broker in the Chicago market. “It’s great, as we can collaborate on many of the crazy experiences this wonderful industry has to offer.”
