Anne DuBray, President & Broker, Anne Advantage Inc.

Coldwell Banker

With an impressive 38 years in the industry, Anne DuBray has reached the point where few other agents can match her experience. “Very few brokers have my years of experience or knowledge of our local markets,” DuBray says, adding that one of her tools to stay constantly informed about market changes is to hold and attend broker tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a firsthand look at the inventory available. With her team, the Anne Advantage, she offers decades of combined experience in the North Shore and Glenview markets, as well as in Wisconsin’s Lake Geneva and Twin Lakes areas.

DuBray’s clients speak highly of her in testimonials, describing her as “direct, respected, hardworking, competent and an excellent source of advice,” thanks to her extensive knowledge of the market. “I try to make the process fun most of the time,” she notes. “My clients always know they are in good hands, that they will always get good, expert advice.”

Her dedication and commitment to her profession have resulted in several significant accomplishments. DuBray was named by Coldwell Banker as its top sales associate on the North Shore for the last three years, along with being the top agent on the North Shore among all companies in 2004, 2013 and 2015. She has sold the most homes in Glenview every year for the past five years and has been one of the top two agents on the North Shore for her company over the past 15 years.

What sets DuBray apart is her unwavering dedication to her clients’ best interests. “I will do anything for my clients,” she asserts, “but when they are doing something that is not in their best interest, I will tell them. This helps them through both the buying and selling process.”

Outside of her professional life, one of DuBray’s proudest moments was becoming a grandmother this year. As a breast cancer survivor, she holds an annual fundraiser for breast cancer research at her open houses in October. “I wake up every day thankful,” she shares, “and I say, ‘Oh, happy day!’”
