In the industry for 32 years, she specializes in new construction and the luxury markets of West Town, Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park and Bucktown. She leads the IKGroup—a team of five sales associates at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

The group recently received the company’s prestigious Chairman Circle Diamond award, a recognition limited to just 0.5 percent of sales associates nationally. Kutermankiewicz has been a Chicago Association of Realtors’ top-ranking professional many times and won the Best of the Best award from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, while several team members have affiliations with Realtor associations locally and nationally. Wrucha Jenk, Kutermankiewicz and Moisuc also hold numerous professional certifications between them, and Granberry is a graduate student who will soon be completing two real estate degrees from DePaul University.
Kutermankiewicz fundraises and serves on the board of directors at Jackson Chance Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to meeting the transit needs of families with critically ill babies.
