Sarah Valle, Residential Broker

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

Being responsive, building relationships with other agents and making sure everyone has the necessary information to make decisions and problem-solve is key to Sarah Valle’s success.

“Being the best advocate for my clients comes first in everything I do,” says Valle, a residential broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, noting her clients know she will go above and beyond for them. “My favorite text from a client asked, “Is there anything you can’t do?”

Before real estate, Valle worked in education and non-profit development for more than a decade. The work involved advocating for causes she cared about and finding solutions to forward the mission of the organizations. The experience deeply informs her approach to real estate.

“In a fast-moving market, it’s important that my clients understand the market and what to expect during the transaction before we start,” explains Valle. “It makes the process less stressful, and clients are more confident about their decisions.”

Valle made BHHS Chicago’s “2022 Leading Edge Society” and “2021 President’s Circle.”

A 20-year resident of the Chicago area, she has lived in the West Loop, Buck Town, Irving Park, North Center and knows her north shore territory well. She has resided in Evanston for the past six years. “I love staying on top of everything going on in Chicago and the North Shore, both for fully enjoying the city I love and keeping current with the neighborhood markets.”

In seven years, she has built a business based on relationships, with a majority of sales from repeat and referral customers. “Even if it’s been years since they’ve bought or sold, my clients know that I will always make time for their questions and connect them with any resource they might need,” she says.

Valle enjoys traveling and serving as ambassador for the Kindness Foundation, organizing ways for her office to support local charities throughout the year.
