Gabriel Gomez, Senior Home Lending Advisor

Chase Bank

A bank manager with Chase prior to joining the lending team, Gabriel Gomez boasts more than a decade in banking and seven years dedicated to loan origination. “I now have a team on the home lending side and I could not do half of what I do without them,” says Gomez. He was primarily drawn to the industry to embody Latino representation within a large bank and to help underserved communities.

Gomez specializes in helping first-time buyers, down payment assistance programs, jumbo loans and is a certified Veteran’s Affairs home lending advisor. Seen as caring and responsive by clients, the self-described perfectionist is ever-present with his clientele throughout each transaction and strives to minimize the stresses of lending. “I want to help clients achieve the dream of homeownership but more importantly, I want to help them retain that dream and be a valuable advisor to them when and after they buy a home,” he shares.

Last year, Gomez was the only Latino in the US to earn President’s Club status with Chase Home Lending, and he has been recognized among the top 250 Latino mortgage producers for the past four years. He reflects, “This is so huge for me because this is the most coveted award at Chase and I also want to continue to push these boundaries and make room for more minorities like me to sit at this table and achieve these awards.” Dedicated to networking and driving professional growth, Gomez is a member of a professional marketing group as well as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate  Professionals.

The personal accomplishment of which Gomez is most proud is his ability to maintain balance in tumultuous times. When not working, he enjoys time at the gym and grounding himself by meditating and listening to audiobooks. He is proud to seed generational wealth for his family by continuously expanding his real estate portfolio despite market challenges.
