After working her entire career in the banking and financial industry, Pam Greer decided to make the transition into real estate after flipping a few homes in the Chicagoland area. That’s when PRG Properties was birthed and Greer became a full time licensed realtor so that she could assist and educate others with buying and investing in real estate. Having worked as a senior foreclosure specialist, senior bankruptcy specialist and a mortgage loan underwriter, Greer has extensive knowledge of the mortgage process. “I always had a strong desire to get into real estate,” she reveals. “Wanting to help and educate others is my passion.” Equipped with a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a minor in business from Lewis University, Greer is now a successful entrepreneur and Realtor with eXp Realty.
Growing up on the West Side of Chicago in the Austin area, Greer serves all of Chicagoland and the surrounding suburbs, specializing in luxury, new construction, investment properties, first-time homebuyers and sellers looking to upgrade or downsize their homes. “I pride myself on going above and beyond to get my clients exactly what they desire in a home,” she explains. “I will consistently exceed expectations and always over deliver.” And that mindset has paid off. Greer’s business continues to thrive at eXp Realty, where she has reached nearly $5 million in sales.
Engaged in helping others thrive as well, Greer is the new education co-chair of the Dearborn Realtist Board. She was also invited to speak at the Women’s Diversity Council conference this year. “Having the opportunity to speak of my knowledge and experience to a room full of women on a panel with other industry professionals was an extraordinary accomplishment for me,” she shares. Additional accomplishments include becoming a Certified Mentor and a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert. “My mission is to be a change agent in this industry and continue to push the culture forward while making a difference and an impact in the lives of the people I work with”
When not working, Greer enjoys traveling and exploring international real estate in the different countries she visits. She loves spending time with family and friends and makes her health and fitness priorities.
