Chicagoland natives Elliot Small and Olivia Stohle instill confidence in their clients by being in the know about both the city and suburbs. With their combined nearly 20 years in the real estate business, they have gained the reputation of being tireless workers and advocates for their clients. Both grew up on the North Shore and now make the city their home — Small in Bucktown, and Stohle in West Loop.
For Small, a love of architecture and a desire to work with people initially led him to the real estate business. During the global financial crisis, he worked as a sales director for a boutique multifamily investment firm. This role provided him with extensive investment and sales knowledge to advocate for his clients. “I love working with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals,” he says.
Stohle is energized by the personal relationships that are essential to the real estate business. Her interest in interior design, combined with her background in marketing and client relations, made real estate the perfect fit for a rewarding career. “Once I got into real estate, I knew I had made the right choice,” she remembers. “In just my second year, I had the two highest sales for the team.”
Today, the team is known for their client-centered approach and organized, streamlined process. Small and Stohle point to communication as a vital part of their success. “There are so many parties involved in a real estate transaction. The better you are able to communicate and collaborate, the smoother the process will be for everyone.”
Each brings a unique skill set to the team. Small, with 15 years of experience, is a knowledgeable resource for clients looking to buy their first personal purchase or investment property. Stohle, with her background in client relations, ensures her clients have a smooth, stress-free transaction from beginning to end.
Away from work, Small enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. Stohle enjoys going out to new restaurants with friends and family.
