Hardy began her career as a consultant for a relocation destination company, helping transferees who were considering a move to the Chicago area. After meeting with clients, she would recommend communities that she felt would be a good fit for their housing budget, commute and lifestyle. Soon, clients started asking if she could also sell them a house. Hardy pursued her license and transitioned into real estate full time. In her first year, she assisted over 60 transferees with purchases and leases. From there, she started to build her brand by listing homes in her neighborhood.

Now, her extensive community knowledge enables her to help clients across the entire Chicago area. As a leading relocation specialist, Hardy was part of the 2022 Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle and named among the top 1% of realtors for volume by Mainstreet Organization of Realtors the same year.

In her free time, Hardy loves to read. She sets personal reading goals and tracks the books she reads, mostly historical fiction and mysteries, using Goodreads.
