The Lux Home Chicago Team, led by Anne Ewasko of @properties | Christie’s International Real Estate prides itself on finding clients the right home and location to suit their specific lifestyle needs.

“We are on the forefront of technology with a very in-depth marketing approach to sell homes faster and for the highest prices,” says broker and team lead Anne Ewasko. “We make the process fun and enjoyable for our clients by offering first-class service from start to finish and even beyond.”

A nationally syndicated columnist with 26 years of experience in real estate, Ewasko writes the monthly TECHnically Speaking column for the Agent Publishing group, showcasing the most innovative technology available for agents to build their businesses. She is also an expert on renovations and understands the costs involved in a remodel based on her own experiences with investment properties.

Ewasko is joined on the team by brokers Lina Lee, Amy Pearson and Heather Zhou. Together they assist domestic and international buyers, sellers and investors, from first-time to luxury, in downtown Chicago and adjacent neighborhoods, as well as Naperville and western suburbs. Fluent in Mandarin, Korean and Italian, the multilingual brokers are dedicated to providing each client with white-glove service.

“We know what it takes to acquire a new home in a highly competitive market and sell a property using sophisticated marketing techniques to reach the right buyer,” Ewasko explains.

In 2022, they had a record year, with 88 transactions and over $30 million in sales volume.

“We were concerned with the high interest rates going into 2023, but it hasn’t seemed to deter buyers,” Ewasko says. “Our numbers are still on par with last year, and our sellers are still getting top dollar for their homes.”
