A nationally syndicated columnist with 26 years of experience in real estate, Ewasko writes the monthly TECHnically Speaking column for the Agent Publishing group, showcasing the most innovative technology available for agents to build their businesses. She is also an expert on renovations and understands the costs involved in a remodel based on her own experiences with investment properties.

Ewasko is joined on the team by brokers Lina Lee, Amy Pearson and Heather Zhou. Together they assist domestic and international buyers, sellers and investors, from first-time to luxury, in downtown Chicago and adjacent neighborhoods, as well as Naperville and western suburbs. “We were concerned with the high interest rates going into 2023, but it hasn’t seemed to deter buyers,” Ewasko says. “Our numbers are still on par with last year, and our sellers are still getting top dollar for their homes.”
