A graduate of DePaul University, Hetal Patel spent over 10 years helping organizations achieve growth before embarking on her real estate career. She looked to her network to help her find the firm that would be the best fit. Patel found that place and has enjoyed sharing her knowledge and innovation with clients for the past five years.
A Chicago native, Patel brings a sharp experiential vantage point to her dealings with residential clients in metropolitan and suburban Chicago, and to the commercial clients she works with elsewhere in Illinois and the Midwest. Technical savvy sets her apart from the rest; not only does Patel fully employ social media and top systems such as CoStar, Loopnet and Ten-X, but she also uses a drone to deliver a 360-degree vision that transports her clients outside the brick and mortar of traditional real estate showings. This adaptability is one of the key reasons Patel’s business has continued to thrive during the pandemic.
Her positive ingenuity and the guidance she provides clients has proved fruitful, as she recently closed a significant commercial transaction and has experienced a strong year in retail and restaurant leasing in spite of economic turbulence. Patel has been recognized for her success, having been named among Main Street Real Estate Group’s top agents — as well as realizing its highest rate of growth in one year for 2019 — and also receiving Homesnap’s Excellence in Client Service Award.
When she’s not working or learning from one of her trusted mentors, Patel enjoys working with the Boys & Girls Club and the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and engaging in philanthropy benefiting PAWS veterinary center and shelter, as well as the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. She’s also active as a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and other Realtor associations. Patel also has two loveable dogs and likes to challenge herself by running marathons.
