Lindsey Richardson, Real Estate Broker

Dream Town Realty

Saying she’s on-call 24-7 might be a bit of an exaggeration, but just barely. After postponing her wedding during the pandemic and finally marrying her college sweetheart in 2021, Lindsey Richardson literally put together a deal while having her hair and makeup done before walking down the aisle. “I am truly available to my clients at all times,” Richardson shares. “It allows them rest easy knowing I am always just a phone call away.”

A real estate broker for Dream Town Realty, Richardson has been in the industry for 14 years. She specializes in first-time buyers, Chicago transplants and veteran buyer/seller clients looking for an agent who can navigate home-sale contingencies in today’s competitive market. A South Loop resident, she moved to Chicago in 2007 on her own and without a job. “Being a small-town girl trying to find an apartment in a huge city was difficult, and I didn’t have anyone to help me find a neighborhood that suited my lifestyle and budget,” she remembers. “I discovered there was a gap of expertise that I could fill for out-of-state transplants like myself.”

Known for her quick response time and remaining calm under pressure, Richardson caters to each client’s preferences and needs. ”I try to keep the entire process fun and easy yet also professional along the way,” she shares. “I always give 110% and make sure I am as detail-oriented and knowledgeable as possible to make the process seamless and successful.”

The highest individual producer at Dream Town Realty Lincoln in 2021, Richardson was named a CAR Top Producer from 2015 to 2021 and listed as one of Crain’s Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers in 2022. “My ability to adapt to all client needs and think three steps ahead to navigate through tough situations before they arise helps me manage a high volume of clients,” she explains. “I developed grit and determination by learning real estate during the housing crash at the beginning of my career.”
