Sister duo Emily Smart LeMire and Lydia Smart Fields have found success in their family team, the Smart LeMire Group, by providing the hands-on attention of a small business and the resources of a large, well-established one. Smart LeMire, the founding broker at Smart LeMire Group, and Smart Fields, the lead broker, each have 15 years of experience. Together, they serve customers of all types, including first-time buyers, investors, downsizers and more. Smart LeMire and Smart Fields primarily sell single-family homes and condominiums, specializing in the Chicago and greater North Shore markets.

Fueled by a love of design and architecture, Smart LeMire found her way into the real estate industry during college with the goal of building a brand. With an interest in interiors and decor, Smart Fields followed her sister into the industry soon after. Now with several years of experience in real estate, Smart LeMire and Smart Fields take the concept of a family-run business to the next level. Working with their father, Smart LeMire and Smart Fields strive to make their clients feel like family, too. “The most instrumental trait to our success is making each client feel as if we are working with only them,” they say. “They need to feel they are a priority at all times and can communicate with all team members at any time.”
