Kathryn Bader Mangel and Kelly O’Connell Mangel are committed to doing whatever it takes to deliver “happily ever after” to their real estate clients. They were raised and schooled in Wilmette and now reside in Winnetka and Kenilworth with their families. They rely on their personal and professional experience in the area to help guide their clients with deals in a variety of North Shore communities, including Evanston, Glencoe, Kenilworth, Northfield, Winnetka and Wilmette.
Kathryn and Kelly work as consultants, advisors and brokers for Team Mangel with @properties. Combining a 24/7 customer service approach with their exceptional network, they are able to solve problems using a positive, solutions-oriented methodology. With nearly 30 years of combined experience, Team Mangel offers hands-on guidance from start to finish. “We focus on finding our buyers, sellers and renters the perfect real estate solutions for their families. Prior to real estate, Kathryn and Kelly worked for IBM and Aon, respectively, gaining skills in customer service, marketing and innovative thinking. “Our backgrounds developed our professional attitudes and shaped who we are today,” they say.
Both Kathryn and Kelly earned Coldwell Banker’s Rookie of the Year award at the beginning of their careers and have since earned multiple accolades. As active members of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors, they consistently place in the top 2% of the nation and regularly rank among the top agents in the @properties Winnetka office. They’ve won Coldwell Banker’s President’s Elite Team award and International President’s Award, Chicago magazine’s Outstanding Service award, and @properties’ Road to Rolex honor.
