Paul Mancini, Broker

@properties

Despite having a great job in sales after college, Paul Mancini couldn’t help but feel like something was missing. It was the itch for a new adventure that led him to a career in real estate — a field which he has now enjoyed for five years.

Mancini is a broker for @properties, serving Chicago, Hinsdale and the western suburbs. He worked toward his real estate license while he was still at Groupon, but it eventually grew to be too much to do both. With his father being a real estate attorney and his brother being a lender, this was the push he needed to switch to real estate full time. His family has been instrumental to his success ever since.

Mancini enjoys working with first-time buyers, but now that he has been in the business for several years, some of his past clients are already beginning to sell the homes he helped them buy. This has led them to reach out to Mancini a second time. “It’s the ultimate compliment for my business,” he says. “A repeat client is the best testimonial I can have.”

This past year, Mancini hit his goal of $20 million in sales. He also grew his business by starting The Mancini Group with real estate agents Anthony Maione and Fahim Sayed. “They are rock stars,” Mancini says. “When I need to be in two places at once, they help give amazing service to my clients, and they are going to be top producers in the business in no time.”

The Chicago Association of Realtors recognized Mancini as a Top Producer in 2017 and 2018. Additionally, Crain’s Custom Media named Mancini one of Chicago’s most influential brokers, and he is also an @properties Road to Rolex winner.

Outside of work, Mancini enjoys spending time with his wife and taking their son to the park. He’s also involved with the Ray Graham Association. “My sister is a member of the Ray Graham Association, which helps people with disabilities grow, reach and achieve,” he says. “It’s a fantastic organization, and I try to do my best to volunteer and help whenever I can.”
