Barbara Springer has joined Prudential Preferred Properties as senior VP of Relocation and Business Development for the Chicago region. Prior to joining Prudential Preferred Properties, Springer was the VP of Relocation and Business Development for Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate. Active in residential real estate for 22 years, and the recipient of numerous industry awards, she began her career as an appraiser before becoming an Account Executive with Prudential Relocation.

Springer is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Midwest Employee Relocation Council (MERC), Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago (CRC) and the Relocation Directors Council (RDC). She holds credentials as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and Corporate Mobility Specialist (CMS). Currently, she leads the certification review class for the Corporate Relocation Council.
