Chicago-based New West Realty has promoted Amy Settich to VP of sales and marketing. Settich joined New West Realty in 1999 as a sales associate at the company’s Park 1500 loft development in the West Loop and was quickly promoted to sales manager.

In her new role, Settich will oversee the sales floor at each of New West’s real estate developments and is responsible for all aspects of the sales process including forecasting sales, analyzing market trends and training sales associates. She also will work with the company’s partners to develop the product and pricing at new, residential communities.
