Manley Haines, Producing Partnership Branch Manager

Rate NMLS # 755847

Hailing from Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Manley Haines has a deep respect for honesty, hard work and serving others — values that later shaped his path into mortgage lending. He entered the industry in 2002 after realizing how transformative homeownership can be for a family’s long-term financial future. With a background rooted in relationship-driven work and communication, he found lending to be the perfect blend of teaching, numbers and meaningful connection. More than two decades later, he still finds the “light bulb moment” the most rewarding part of the job — that instant when the client truly gets it, feels confident and knows they’re making the right move. For Haines, that’s when he knows he has done his job.

He brings an education-first approach to clients across Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. Known for simplifying complex mortgage concepts into clear, everyday language, he has guided more than 3,500 families through the mortgage process and built a reputation for patience, responsiveness and steady communication. His PowerBid approval process gives buyers a competitive edge. Supported by a skilled team, he offers a structured, highly communicative experience.

A member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, Haines has earned President’s Club honors at Rate and the Five Star Mortgage Professional award for seven consecutive years. He also connects with the community through two podcasts, “The Mortgage 101 Podcast” and “Dang! That’s a Good Story,” both centered on education and local storytelling.

A proud father and grandfather, Haines revels in duck hunting, sailing, photographing grizzly bears in Yellowstone and horseback riding. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, on his family’s lively property — complete with seven dogs, a few cats, a dwarf miniature horse, a bunny rabbit and a flock of chickens.
