Shane O’Neill, George Kaiser and Jason Bryant are more than just a regional management team. Together, they make up a trio of award-winning and dedicated team members at Wintrust Mortgage with a total of 63 years of experience between them. While O’Neill works with everyone from first-time homebuyers to experienced professionals, Kaiser works within the Wintrust Financial bank footprint to serve all elements of the real estate market, and Bryant specializes in helping Millennials as well as the rest of the Chicago community navigate the city’s market. “I provide support to borrowers and the real estate community during what can be an overwhelming and stressful process for a first-time homebuyer,” says Bryant.

Both Bryant and Kaiser approached the real estate industry with the same motivation, ”to help people fulfill the American dream of homeownership and make a difference in the community,” they explain. And within the last year, Kaiser set a new bar for the number of loan offices within his group and together, they had their highest volume of all time. Beginning in 2015, O’Neill doubled loan volume by increasing the number of loan officers at Wintrust. O’Neill attributes this success to the hard work of his staff. “It’s the great talent that we have here at Wintrust that drives results,” he says.

All three team members are multi-year President’s Circle Award Winners and in 2010 Kaiser was the President’s Award Individual Winner. Considering that they all provide a high level of customer service, deliver results and care for their clients and co-workers, the awards were well-deserved. “I lead by example and treat everyone as I would like to be treated,” says Kaiser of his go-to business technique.

In their spare time, O’Neill, Kaiser and Bryant volunteer with Habitat for Humanity as part of Wintrust Mortgage’s commitment to the organization. Kaiser also works with Glenview Youth Services, College of Holy Cross Give Back Days and Misericordia.
